Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. A refund can be requested from within the application. Navigate to the License tab on the Settings screen and click Refund.
How do perpetual and subscription-based licenses differ?
A perpetual license allows you to use a specific version of a software product indefinitely after a one-time payment, while a subscription-based license requires regular payments for ongoing access and updates.
What if I lose my license key?
You can request access to the license manager, simply provide the email used to purchase Kanban.

All licenses come with support and software updates for a limited time. Please check your license for details as the latest software updates and ongoing support may require a new license.
